Bulls Host Magic, Melo and LeBron On Court in Trio of Bet NBA Predictions
Derrick Rose and the Chicago Bulls will play host to Dwight Howard and the Orlando Magic in what should be a revealing Eastern Conference showdown when the two title contenders square off tonight in the top game of my informative Bet Basketball Predictions picks.
Carmelo Anthony and the Denver Nuggets will be on court tonight, followed by LeBron James and the Miami Heat looking to snap out of the recent funk they’ve been in.
All three games are offering BetUS pro basketball gamblers a ton of value against the bettor-friendly BetUS Bet NBA odds.
Okay, hardwood bettors, let me get down to business.
Orlando at Chicago 8:00 PM ET
NBA Odds
Orlando Magic -1
Over/Under 187
The Scoop: The Orlando Magic (30-16 SU, 21-24-1 ATS, 21-23-2 O/U) have won four of its last five games including its emphatic 111-96 win over Indiana on Wednesday night as a 5.5-point road favorite.
The Chicago Bulls (31-14 SU, 25-18-2 ATS, 16-29 O/U) have won three consecutive games coming into tonight’s matchup, including a 92-83 win over Milwaukee on Monday night as a 7-point home favorite.
Prediction: While I am very impressed with the Chicago Bulls this season and believe they could pose big problems for some unsuspecting team in the postseason , I like the deeper Orlando Magic to beat the Bulls on the road tonight while sending a message to their Eastern Conference counterparts.
The Magic have gone 4-1 against the Bet NBA odds in their last five games against the Bulls while also going 3-0-1 ATS in their last four road games while also posting a fine 6-2-1 ATS mark in their last nine road games as a favorite.
Chicago has gone 5-2-1 ATS in their last eight home games, but I don’t think they’re nearly as deep or as experienced as the talented Magic.
In addition to playing Orlando to cash in tonight, if you like to wager against the NBA Over/Under Total, then know this BetUS basketball bettors … the Under is 4-1 against the Bet NBA O/U Total in the last five meetings between these two teams while going an even more consistent 11-5 in the last 16 meetings in the Windy City.
NBA Pick: Orlando Magic -1 Point/Under 187 Total Points
Denver at Cleveland 7:30 PM ET
Denver Nuggets -9.5
Over/Under 215.5
The Scoop: The Denver Nuggets (27-18 SU, 19-23-3 ATS, 22-22-1 O/U) and their cry-baby superstar, Carmelo Anthony, have won three straight games, including a 109-100 win over Detroit on Wednesday.
The lowly Cleveland Cavaliers (8-37 SU, 15-29-1 ATS, 25-20 O/U) fell to the Celtics 112-95 on Tuesday night to drop their 18th consecutive game while falling to 3-7 against the Bet NBA Odds over its L/10 games by failing to cash in against the C’s as a whopping 16.5-point road underdog.
Prediction: The lowly Cleveland Cavaliers are in for more trouble tonight as they host a Denver Nuggets ballclub that has gone 7-2 against the Bet NBA Odds in the last nine meetings against LeBron James’ former team while also going 5-2 ATS in its last seven road games against the Cavaliers.
Denver is 5-0 in their last five games against Eastern Conference opponents and 7-0 against the Bet NBA Odds in their last seven games as a favorite.
NBA Pick: Denver Nuggets -9.5 Points
Detroit at Miami 7:30 PM ET
NBA Odds
Miami Heat -10.5
Over/Under 191
The Scoop: The Detroit Pistons (17-29 SU, 26-20 ATS, 24-22 O/U) had their modest two-game winning streak snapped in its 109-100 loss to Denver on Wednesday night while the Miami Heat (31-14 SU, 21-23-1 ATS, 23-21-1 O/U) had the smackdown laid on them by Amare Stoudemire and the Knicks in their 93-88 loss that came just one day after the veteran forward said no one on his team was afraid of the Heat. Now, Miami’s failures the last time out could be Detroit’s undoing in this contest.
Prediction: Just like Amare Stoudemire said the other day, “nobody’s afraid of the Miami Heat.”
While I personally can’t stand Miami (or should I say LeBron James) I’m thinking the Detroit Pistons are in for a bit of trouble tonight against D-Wade and his band of sidekicks as the Road team in this Eastern Conference rivalry has gone 9-3 against the Bet NBA odds over the last dozen meetings while the Pistons have compiled a pitiful 3-8 ATS mark in its last 11 road games against Miami.
The Heat have won six of the last seven meetings overall and I expect them to do so again tonight while narrowly covering the double-digit point spread.
NBA Pick: Miami Heat -10.5 Points
